We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please take a moment to read each product description carefully before purchasing.

We provide detailed information on fabric composition, fit, sizing and garment details to help you make an informed decision. As fabric weights and finishes can vary between styles, personal preference regarding the feel, weight or thickness of a garment is not considered a product fault.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return or exchange an item, here's how it works:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from stains, odours or pet hair

  • In their original condition with all tags attached

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.

Store Credit

Store credit will be issued once your return has been received and approved.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Eligible change of mind returns may be approved for a store credit or exchange only.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked postage service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items
